Steamboat Springs, CO, November 10, 2010 – Christine Hands has joined Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties as a full-time sales associate working out of the Steamboat office.
Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties, Hands owned and managed Alpenlow Properties, LLC. Currently, Hands is enrolled in the comprehensive Coldwell Banker® training program, including the Second Home and Previews Property Specialist certification providing associates with the tools and marketing to specialize in Resort Markets and Luxury Real Estate Sales worldwide. Christine has over 15 years of residential real estate experience, served as the President of the Board of Realtors’ Community Fund, and has been recognized for her professional excellence, receiving awards for Distinguished Service Award in 2002, Realtor of the Year in 2006, and Exceptional Service Award in 2005.

1,000 COLORADO REAL ESTATE AGENTS GATHER AT INVESCO FIELD
(STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, COLORADO, October 27, 2010) – Approximately 1,000 Real Estate Professionals gathered at Invesco Field for the annual Colorado Business Conference to discuss the local, regional, national and international real estate market and trends. The event, hosted by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, focused on networking Agents from the Front Range with Agents in the mountain markets like Steamboat Springs. Guest speaker Michael Fisher, Vice President of Marketing for Coldwell Banker, rolled out the many “Green” marketing tools available through Coldwell Banker. Adam Japko, President of Network Communications discussed the many ways Social Media is changing the way real estate is being done, and Keynote Speaker and National Trainer Steve Woodruff taught the fine art of constructing and executing the proper presentation and marketing strategy for homes in a challenging market.
